Ginger + Lime Juice + Honey + Bitter Kola + TOMTOM + Cashew Bark Powder

Solvent: Water
Dosage: Two tablespoon 3 times daily
Application: Boil powdered ginger in water for 20 minutes to extract the juice. Add lemon juice with honey and continue boiling at low heat till it changes colour; add cashew bark powder, bitter kola powder and tomtom afterwards and mix completely together. Keep syrup safely in an airtight container.
