BAKING SODA USES: Baking soda as the name implies is often and generally used for baking. Baking Soda For Oral Health

Baking soda can be used to treat infections around the mouth. You can make a paste by adding baking soda with lemon and gently apply on the affected area with cotton wool, allow staying for a while and rinse with salty water.

You can mix baking soda with coconut oil and apply on your teeth and allow staying for dew minutes before brushing. It will help you polish and whiten your teeth naturally.

Baking Soda For Gastrointestinal Disorder

In the occurrence of indigestion, stomach acid, heartburn and ulcer, you can dissolve ½ teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water and take orally. Repeat this three to four times in a day.
